SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the appropriate time frames, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. However, we are happy to assist in rectifying any of these issues.
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach it's destination once it has been turned over to the carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take up to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) or more.
Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-15 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and the final destination of the order.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Drenched Style & Fashion Boutique, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package. We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS however expedited shipping is not available.
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Return & Exchange Policy
WE DO NOT PROVIDE CASH REFUNDS. Our policy is exchange only. We will accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date, no more than five (5) days after you've received the item. Drenched Logo, custom print, and "Final Sale" items cannot be exchanged.
All items returned must be in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Items with stains, stretches, odors, etc. are unacceptable. Rest assured, every Drenched product is inspected for quality before shipping, so it is not likely you will receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please contact customer service via email (gotdrenched@gmail.com) if you have any questions or concerns regarding products, orders, or return/exchange policies.
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
• An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing" or involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
• Potential deceptive, fraudulent, or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Please review the following guidelines for exchanges:
• The customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs associated with the return items.
• The customer must make a payment of $8.00 via Paypal, to gotdrenched@gmail.com , to cover shipping costs for the exchanged item.
• All sale items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged.
• When preparing your return item to be exchanged, please indicate the item you would like in exchange, along with valid contact information (phone number). Please note: the exchange item must currently be in stock. You may do so online via our Facebook page or website, or include a physical note with your item.
• No exchanges will be processed without the $8.00 shipping fee.
